When creating Star Athletes we did not expect the unintended consequence of our posted Varsity Sports game results generating so much buzz in the community and getting younger kids interested in playing sports! In the long term this will strengthen our high school sports.
How do get views to your Star Athletes posts and build your sports programs:
- Post photos/video and game results to StarAthletes.net
- Share your post from Star Athletes to your Town's Community Facebook page. Most have one that welcome news like this!
- Make sure your athletes and parents are sharing your post from Star Athletes to their own Facebook pages!
Athletes love seeing their games and pictures on a regional and going national sports news outlet like Star Athletes. They tend to share the SA links on Facebook and that makes the posts go viral in most cases! Again, giving your program and sport a great boost in your community! The most viewed posts will be highlights on the Star Athletes homepage!
